University of Nottingham Lifesaving Club
UoN Lifesaving is a sports club that combines lifesaving skills with competitive swimming. We welcome complete beginners to trained lifeguards to develop their skills and fitness with us.
We are a very friendly club and we regularly host lots of different socials from ice skating to club nights, as well as pub nights after training.
We compete against other universities in the British Universities Lifesaving Clubs' Association (BULSCA) League. We train at the UoN David Ross Sports Village three times a week. We welcome UoN and NTU students to train with us, as well as our alumni and associates.
We also offer Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS) qualifications for members competing at BULSCA Nationals and first-aiding at events around the UK!
We also offer first aid cover for events.
