Here we've collected a number of external resources we think will be useful to our members and anyone interested!

Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS)

The RLSS is the main governing body in the UK for Lifesaving, overseeing lifesaving clubs across the country. They coordinate a number of programmes, qualifications, and initiatives to encourage everyone to enjoy water safely. BULSCA

The British Universities' Lifesaving Clubs Association (BULSCA) is the governing body for all UK university lifesaving clubs. Every year BULSCA fasciltates league competitions across the country, as well as a weekend-long Lifesaving Championships event in Spring. Survive and Save

'Survive and Save' is one of the programmes that the RLSS acredits and the main qualification we aim to help our members achieve. It covers first aid, CPR, self survival and self rescue. The scheme is designed to be accessible to both novices and experienced lifesavers alike and different level awards will be covered throughout the year.
