Training

We train three times a week at David Ross Sports Village (DRSV), both dry-side and in the pool.

Tuesdays: 7pm - 8pm, DRSV Pool

                              Thursdays: 5:30pm - 7pm, DRSV Conference room

                         Sundays: 5:15pm - 6:30pm, DRSV Studio 1

                               6:30pm - 8pm, DRSV Pool

You will need Lifesaving Club membership and DRSV membership. Club membership helps pay for equipment, training and competitions, and DRSV membership pays for the fantastic fascilities and free studio and pool hire.

Awards

As well as training for competitions, we work towards and complete Lifesaving awards! The main qualification many of our members complete are the RLSS National Lifesaving Academy awards (NLA), and there is the possibility in future of doing a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)  - more info to come!
